Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing -- you only pay the difference for the remainder of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time. Moving from monthly to yearly applies the annual discount immediately, with prorated credit for your remaining monthly period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase credit packs at any time for an instant top-up, or upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allotment.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan gives you 25 credits/month to try the platform -- no credit card required. That's enough to scout a few districts and contacts.
